The Aramis Solo Scrum Reactor is the ideal "One-Man" scrum machine for front-row players. It gives the coaching staff a suitable platform for providing valuable one-on-one tuition. The Solo Scrum Reactor Sled develops leg-drive technique and promotes correct body alignment. The shocker springs and resistive bands combine together to provide both horizontal and "Dipping" resistances.
